Enables S7F29/F30 verification negotiation on an endpoint.

Call once while the endpoint is stopped, after the role is configured. A host that grants must also call configureFormattedPrograms() to receive the S7F27 report that follows.

Notes

• Throws pdcomm::Error: PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the endpoint is not stopped, has no role or is already configured; PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT for invalid options.
