끝점(endpoint)에서 S7F29/F30 검증 협상을 활성화합니다.

끝점이 중지된 상태에서 역할을 구성한 뒤 한 번 호출합니다. 허가하는 호스트는 뒤따르는 S7F27 보고서를 받으려면 configureFormattedPrograms()도 호출해야 합니다.

예외 pdcomm::Error: 끝점이 중지되지 않았거나, 역할이 없거나, 이미 구성되었으면 PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE, 옵션이 잘못되면 PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT입니다.
