Delegate
Writes bytes to the serial line for a Secs1Worker.
public delegate Secs1IoResult Secs1Write(ReadOnlySpan<byte> buffer)The worker calls this on its own thread while it polls. Return promptly; a partial write is allowed. Do not call the worker from the callback.
