An event produced by a Secs1Worker.

Parameters

Name	Description
`Kind`	The event kind.
`Token`	The submitted message that the event settles, for `Secs1EventKind.OutboundComplete`, `Secs1EventKind.OutboundFailed`, and a `Secs1EventKind.Fault` that aborted a send; zero otherwise.
`Message`	For `Secs1EventKind.Inbound`, the received message with its body copied into managed memory. For other kinds, a placeholder with zero fields and an empty body.
`DiscardedPartial`	For a fault, whether a partially received message was discarded.
`FaultKind`	For a fault, its kind: 1 I/O error, 3 stream closed, 4 line protocol error, 5 invalid block, 6 reassembly error (2, an unknown control character, is no longer produced). Zero otherwise.
`FaultDetail`	For an I/O fault, the `Secs1IoStatus` value of the failure; zero otherwise.
