A data message arrived: a primary message or the reply to one of this endpoint's requests.

A socket operation failed; HsmsEventInfo.Code holds the HsmsIoOperation and HsmsEventInfo.Detail the HsmsIoErrorKind.

A message sent without the reply-expected (W) bit was completely written to the socket.

This confirms the local write only, not receipt by the peer or success at the application level.
