A message was stored; GemSpoolWriteResult.AffectedCount is the number of older entries that GemSpoolOverflow.OverwriteOldest removed to make room.

Enumerator

The policy or the stream selection was replaced, or a new spool was created with its initial disabled configuration.

Enumerator

A selected message was discarded because it did not fit, and only the counters changed.
