Parameters

Name	Description
`Kind`	The query transaction.
`Id`	The requested ID: the CEID for `GemReportQueryKind.Event`, otherwise the RPTID.
`DataId`	The data ID (DATAID) of an S6F16 reply; zero otherwise.
`ReportCount`	The number of reports in an S6F16 reply; zero otherwise.
`ValueCount`	The number of values: the total across all reports for S6F16, the value count for S6F20 and S6F22, and zero for a received request.
`IsRequest`	`true` when the result is a query request received by equipment.
`Responded`	`true` when the received request has been answered successfully.
`DataIdPresent`	`true` when `DataId` came from an S6F16 reply.
