Represents a process program that a worker stores at startup.

The items are encoded when the worker start method runs; the caller keeps ownership.

Parameters

Name	Description
Id	The process program ID (PPID): a nonempty ASCII or binary item of at most GemProgramOptions.MaxIdentifierBytes and 120 bytes. The format is part of the identity.
Body	The process program body (PPBODY): an ASCII, binary, I1 to I8 or U1 to U8 item, which may be empty. Its format and raw bytes are preserved.
Mode	How the program is stored when its PPID already exists.
