Describes an S7F23/S7F24 formatted process program send held by a GemResult.

Returned by GemResult.GetFormattedProgramTransferInfo. The equipment receives S7F23 and answers with an ACKC7 code in S7F24; the host receives the acknowledgement. Only a received S7F23 carries the program. Each flag is 1 when set and 0 otherwise.

`IsRequest`	Whether the result is a received S7F23 that this equipment answers.
`Responded`	Whether the S7F24 was sent by this equipment or received by this host.
`Acknowledgement`	The ACKC7 code (`0` to `7`) that was received or sent; meaningful when `GemFormattedProgramTransferInfo.AcknowledgementPresent` is `1`.
`AcknowledgementPresent`	Whether `GemFormattedProgramTransferInfo.Acknowledgement` holds a received or sent ACKC7 code.
`ReplyReady`	Whether a received S7F23 still waits for `GemFormattedPrograms.RespondTransfer` or `GemFormattedPrograms.RespondTransferAndStore`.
