Describes an S7F21/S7F22 process capabilities transaction held by a GemResult.

Returned by GemResult.GetFormattedProgramCapabilityInfo. On the host, the S7F22 result carries the received capability data. On the equipment, a received S7F21 carries no data until GemFormattedPrograms.RespondCapabilityQuery answers it with a copy of the current catalog; the data fields are 0 until then. Each flag is 1 when set and 0 otherwise.
