The application decision for a received S2F15 request; the value is the EAC (equipment acknowledge code) sent in S2F16.
public enum GemConstantDecision : byteEquipment-specific codes 4 to 63 are also accepted when cast to this type. Code 1 (a constant does not exist) is reserved for the automatic receipt validation and cannot be chosen.
