The HSMS session is not selected, so no GEM communication is possible.

Disconnected = 0

Enumerator

The HSMS session is selected, but communication has not been established with S1F13/S1F14.

NotCommunicating = 1

Enumerator

This endpoint sent S1F13 and is waiting for the S1F14 acknowledgement (COMMACK).
