Sends S7F29 Process Program Verification Inquire for a prepared report.

The host's S7F30 yields GemOutcome::FormattedProgramVerificationNegotiationGrant. When PPGNT is 0 the library sends the prepared S7F27 automatically, and the S7F28 reply yields GemOutcome::FormattedProgramVerificationNegotiationAcknowledgement. A denial, timeout or disconnect ends the negotiation with the matching terminal value.

Returns

Token of the submitted S7F29.

Notes

• Throws pdcomm::Error: PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when already submitted or not communicating; PDCOMM_STALE_TOKEN for a prepared result from an older connection; PDCOMM_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when maxPending is exceeded; PDCOMM_BACKPRESSURE when no pending slot is free.
• This call changes prepared; do not run it concurrently with getters on it.
