Sends S7F27 Process Program Verification Send from the equipment.

The PPID and entries are copied before the message is queued. The host's S7F28 yields GemOutcome::FormattedProgramAcknowledgement.

Parameters

Name	Description
`endpoint`	Equipment endpoint in GemCommunication::Communicating.
`id`	PPID: a non-empty ASCII or Binary item.
`issues`	Verification entries; may be empty.

Returns

Token of the submitted request.

Notes

Throws pdcomm::Error: PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE on a host, without configuration or when not communicating; PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT for an invalid PPID or entry; PDCOMM_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when limits or maxPending are exceeded; PDCOMM_BACKPRESSURE when no pending slot is free.
