The equipment prepares an S7F27 report, asks with S7F29 for permission to send its LENGTH bytes, and sends the report after an S7F30 grant. Equipment-side results (prepared, grant, acknowledgement and failure results) have #prepared set; the host's received S7F29 result has #replyReady set until it is answered.
