Parameters

maxCommands	Maximum command descriptions in one catalog.
maxCommandCodeBytes	Maximum bytes of one CCODE.
maxParametersPerCommand	Maximum parameter descriptions of one command.
maxTotalParameters	Maximum parameter descriptions across the catalog.
maxDependenciesPerField	Maximum entries in one dependency list.
maxTotalDependencies	Maximum dependency entries across the catalog.
maxTotalParameterBytes	Maximum encoded parameter bytes across the catalog.
maxCapabilityBytes	Maximum encoded size of the whole capability data.
maxPending	Maximum submitted requests waiting for S7F22.
maxReceived	Maximum received requests waiting for a response.
maxResults	Maximum completed exchanges kept; the oldest is dropped first.
maxHistory	Maximum handled exchanges remembered to reject replays.
