index	Zero-based command position, less than GemFormattedProgramTransferInfo::commandCount.

Parameter count and CCODE format.

Notes

• Throws pdcomm::Error: PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the result carries no program; PDCOMM_OUT_OF_RANGE for an invalid index.
