Copies the equipment's formatted program store into an independent snapshot.

endpoint	Equipment endpoint with formatted program requests configured.

Returns

A snapshot that stays valid after later changes and endpoint destruction.

Notes

• Throws pdcomm::Error: PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the store does not exist; PDCOMM_ALLOCATION_FAILED when memory runs out.
