pdcomm_tcp_is_pending

Reports whether a transaction is still waiting for its response.

Tokens of W0 requests are never pending. This call works while an event is staged.

Parameters

Name	Description
`endpoint`	Live endpoint.
`token`	Token to check; `reserved` must be 0.
`pending`	Receives 1 when the transaction is open, otherwise 0; set to 0 first. Must not be NULL.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when pending or endpoint is NULL, or token.reserved is nonzero; #PDCOMM_STALE_TOKEN when the token belongs to another endpoint or an earlier generation; #PDCOMM_POISONED.
