This version does not produce it: such a frame closes the connection with a #PDCOMM_TCP_TRANSPORT_ERROR event for #PDCOMM_TCP_OP_READ and #PDCOMM_TCP_IO_INVALID_DATA. If produced, PdcommTcpEventInfo::value1 would hold the frame size and value2 the limit.
