The new snapshot file was renamed into place, but synchronizing its parent directory failed. The change is applied in memory and on disk: treat it as applied and do not repeat it. ::PdcommGemSpoolWriteInfo (or the result's ::PdcommGemSpoolInfo) reports durability #PDCOMM_GEM_SPOOL_UNCONFIRMED and the original persistence error in persistence_status. Call pdcomm_gem_spool_resync() to retry the directory synchronization.
