pdcomm_secs1_destroy

Function

Releases an endpoint without invoking callbacks.

void pdcomm_secs1_destroy(PdcommSecs1Endpoint *endpoint)

Declared in: #include <pdcomm_secs1.h>

Pending messages, queued events, and partial data are discarded. Bytes already written stay on the wire. Events already taken remain valid.

Parameters

NameDescription
endpointEndpoint from pdcomm_secs1_create(), or NULL (no effect).

Notes

  • Thread safety: call on the creating thread while no other endpoint call is running. On another thread, or from inside a callback, the call does nothing and the endpoint stays live.
  • Lifetime: the borrowed context and callbacks are not used after this call returns.
