Parameters

Name	Description
result	Result that carries a received program.
output	Destination for the ASCII bytes. May be NULL only when capacity is 0.
capacity	Size of output in bytes.
required	Receives the text length; set to 0 first.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK when the text was copied; #PDCOMM_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL when capacity is smaller than *required (output untouched); #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when required or result is NULL, or output is NULL with a nonzero capacity; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the result carries no received program; #PDCOMM_INTERNAL_ERROR when a panic was contained.
