Parameters

Name	Description
result	GEM result that holds a capability.
command_index	Zero-based command index.
field	Vector selector: #PDCOMM_GEM_FORMATTED_PROGRAM_CAPABILITY_BEFORE, #PDCOMM_GEM_FORMATTED_PROGRAM_CAPABILITY_IMMEDIATE_BEFORE, #PDCOMM_GEM_FORMATTED_PROGRAM_CAPABILITY_NON_BEFORE, #PDCOMM_GEM_FORMATTED_PROGRAM_CAPABILITY_IMMEDIATE_AFTER, or #PDCOMM_GEM_FORMATTED_PROGRAM_CAPABILITY_NON_AFTER.
dependency_index	Zero-based index within the vector.
out_value	Receives the U2 value; set to 0 first.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when out_value or result is NULL or field is unknown; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when result holds no capability; #PDCOMM_OUT_OF_RANGE when command_index or dependency_index is too large.
