Function
Reads the receipt validation and decision state of an S2F15 or S2F16 result.
PdcommStatus pdcomm_gem_result_constant_change_info(const PdcommGemResult *result, PdcommGemConstantChangeInfo *info)For a received S2F15 (Equipment) every field is filled with is_request 1. For an S2F16 reply (Host, outcome #PDCOMM_GEM_CONSTANT_CHANGE_ACK) the call succeeds with is_request 0 and every other field zero: the EAC is only in PdcommGemResultInfo::acknowledgement, and a Host cannot infer physical application from it.

Returns
#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when info is NULL or too small, or result is NULL; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when result is neither a received S2F15 nor an S2F16 reply; #PDCOMM_INTERNAL_ERROR when a panic was contained.
