Reads the usage of the program store.

Parameters

Name	Description
endpoint	Endpoint with a program store.
state	Caller storage with struct_size set; cleared first and filled on success.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when state is NULL or too small, or endpoint is NULL; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when no program store is configured; #PDCOMM_BACKPRESSURE when a staged TCP event is pending; #PDCOMM_POISONED after a contained panic.
