Sends an S7F5 process program request.

PdcommStatus pdcomm_gem_program_request(PdcommTcpEndpoint *endpoint, const PdcommSecsItem *id, PdcommTcpToken *out_token)

The S7F6 reply arrives as a #PDCOMM_GEM_PROGRAM_DATA_RECEIVED result. The reply must name exactly the requested PPID, format included; otherwise the result is #PDCOMM_GEM_INVALID_RESPONSE. Requirements and budgets are as for pdcomm_gem_program_grant().

Parameters

endpoint	Communicating GEM endpoint with a program store.
id	PPID item: nonempty ASCII or Binary.
out_token	Receives the request token; zero after every failure. Must not be NULL.
