Sends a header-only S7F19 current EPPD request (Host only).

The S7F20 directory arrives as a #PDCOMM_GEM_PROGRAM_DIRECTORY_RECEIVED result. Requirements are as for pdcomm_gem_program_grant(); the request carries no PPIDs.

Parameters

Name	Description
endpoint	Communicating GEM Host endpoint with a program store.
out_token	Receives the request token; zero after every failure. Must not be NULL.

Returns

As pdcomm_gem_program_grant(); #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE also when the endpoint is not a GEM Host.
