Issues are ordered as they were found: catalog identity and size checks, then program commands, then catalog commands.

Parameters

Name	Description
report	Live report handle.
index	Zero-based issue index, less than PdcommGemFormattedProgramDryRunInfo::issue_count.
info	Caller storage; see ::PdcommGemFormattedProgramDryRunIssueInfo for the fields to initialize.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when info is NULL, its struct_size is too small, its version is wrong, its reserved field is nonzero, or report is NULL; #PDCOMM_OUT_OF_RANGE when index is too large. info is unchanged on failure.
