Reads the counters of an Equipment report store.

Parameters

Name	Description
endpoint	Equipment endpoint with a report store.
state	Caller storage; set state->struct_size first. It is written only on success.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when endpoint or state is NULL or state->struct_size is too small; #PDCOMM_BACKPRESSURE when a TCP event is staged; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the endpoint is not an Equipment or has no report store; #PDCOMM_POISONED when the endpoint is poisoned.

• Thread safety: serialize with every other call on endpoint.
