Reads the counters of the event directory.

Succeeds with configured 0 and zero counts when no directory is configured.

Parameters

endpoint	Equipment endpoint.
state	Caller storage; set state->struct_size first.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when state is NULL or too small, or endpoint is NULL; #PDCOMM_INVALID_STATE when the endpoint is not an Equipment; #PDCOMM_BACKPRESSURE or #PDCOMM_POISONED.
