Parameters

Name	Description
`catalog`	Live catalog.
`info`	Caller storage with `struct_size`, `version`, and `reserved` set. Reset to zero values once `struct_size` is accepted; filled on success.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OK on success; #PDCOMM_INVALID_ARGUMENT when info or catalog is NULL, or struct_size, version, or reserved is wrong; #PDCOMM_INTERNAL_ERROR when a panic was contained.

Notes

Thread safety: may run concurrently with other read-only calls, but not with replace, clear, or destroy.
