Returns server options filled with the library defaults.

Secure endpoints only, 33 connections, 32 sessions and the application URI urn:pdcomm:opcua:server. Set the endpoint URL, the identity and the trusted client certificate before server::create(); the byte views must stay valid until that call returns.

Initialized options.
