Returns client options filled with the library defaults.

Aes256_Sha256_RsaPss with SignAndEncrypt, a 10000 ms timeout, no flags and the application URI urn:pdcomm:opcua:client. Set the certificates and other members before client::connect(); the byte views must stay valid until that call returns.

Returns

Initialized options.

• Throws error: if the ABI version differs or initialization fails.
