Parameters

options	Options whose struct_size (at least sizeof(pdcomm_opcua_server_options)) and version (1) are set.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OPCUA_OK, or #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INVALID_INPUT for a null pointer, a short struct_size or another version (nothing is written).
