Reads the metadata of a response buffer.

Only buffers returned by pdcomm_opcua_client_take_response() have metadata. Nothing is written unless the call succeeds.

Name	Description
`response`	Response buffer handle.
`info`	Structure whose `struct_size` (at least `sizeof(pdcomm_opcua_response_info)`) and `version` (1) are set.

#PDCOMM_OPCUA_OK, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INVALID_INPUT for a bad structure or a buffer without metadata, or #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INVALID_HANDLE.
