Copies the host id of this machine, PDH1-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Host-bound licenses (SECS/GEM runtime licenses) name this id. It is derived from the operating system's machine id and is 24 bytes without a terminator.

Parameters

Name	Description
`output`	Destination, or null when `capacity` is zero.
`capacity`	Size of `output` in bytes.
`required`	Receives the size of the host id.

Returns

#PDCOMM_OPCUA_OK, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INVALID_INPUT, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_RUNTIME_ERROR when the machine id cannot be read (see pdcomm_opcua_last_error_copy()), or #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INTERNAL_ERROR.
