Activates the session with an AnonymousIdentityToken (ActivateSession).

The selected endpoint must offer an anonymous UserTokenPolicy.

Parameters

#PDCOMM_OPCUA_OK, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_RUNTIME_ERROR when the server rejects the token or the network fails, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_BUSY while requests are outstanding, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_CLOSED, #PDCOMM_OPCUA_INVALID_HANDLE or #PDCOMM_OPCUA_POISONED.
