Enum

Status codes returned by the PDComm native library.

public enum PdcommStatus

The binding converts every status other than PdcommStatus.Ok into a PdcommException whose PdcommException.Status carries the code. A few methods handle PdcommStatus.BufferTooSmall or PdcommStatus.OutOfRange themselves and report them through their return value instead.

Enumerator

The native library could not allocate memory; the operation can be retried.

AllocationFailed = 4

`Backpressure`

Enumerator

A bounded queue is full; drain events or wait for pending work to finish, then retry.

Backpressure = 9

`BufferTooSmall`

Enumerator

The output buffer is smaller than the required size; nothing was copied.

BufferTooSmall = 3

`InternalError`

Enumerator

An internal error occurred in the native library.

InternalError = 5

`InvalidArgument`

Enumerator

An argument, option structure or handle was invalid for the operation.

InvalidArgument = 1

`InvalidData`

Enumerator

The input bytes are not valid for their declared format, for example a malformed SECS-II item.

InvalidData = 6

`InvalidState`

Enumerator

The operation is not allowed in the endpoint's current state.

InvalidState = 10

`IoError`

Enumerator

A socket, file or other I/O operation failed.

IoError = 12

`LicenseRequired`

Enumerator

No PDComm license grants the module, so no new communication was started. Running endpoints are not affected.

LicenseRequired = 16

Install a license with License.Install, the PDCOMM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable or a pdcomm.license file; License.Status reports why the module is refused.

Enumerator

A size, count, nesting or other configured limit would be exceeded.

`Ok`

Enumerator

The operation succeeded.

Ok = 0

`OutOfRange`

Enumerator

An index, identifier or requested entry does not exist.

OutOfRange = 8

`Poisoned`

Enumerator

An earlier internal failure poisoned the native object; only disposal is meaningful afterwards.

Poisoned = 13

`ProgramUnconfirmed`

Enumerator

A process program change was installed, but its durable persistence could not be confirmed.

ProgramUnconfirmed = 14

Do not repeat the change as if it had been rolled back; inspect the program state instead.

`SpoolUnconfirmed`

Enumerator

A spooling change was installed, but its durable persistence could not be confirmed.

SpoolUnconfirmed = 15

Do not repeat the change as if it had been rolled back; inspect the spool state instead.

`StaleToken`

Enumerator

A token or result belongs to another endpoint, to an earlier connection generation, or was already consumed.

StaleToken = 11

`Truncated`

Enumerator

The input ended before a complete SECS-II item could be decoded.
